In my most recent observation the other day I continued to work on time management/ pace, making learning intentions clear and engaging the students with the topic - which atm is Musical Language and Vocab. The kids enjoyed the mix and match keywords to definitions activity, as it was physical and allowed them to work in pairs, helping and/or testing each other as they did it. I need to adapt or add to my resource to include some symbols or pics to assist kids with literacy challenges. I also need to stop my lessons a little sooner to allow time to do a quick reflection on the lesson - in this one I ran out of time and the end of the lesson rushed up on me.
